We are a boutique law firm based in the heart of Fremantle seeking an experienced Family & Criminal Lawyer with 3+ years' post-admission experience (PAE) to join our practice.
This is an excellent chance for a motivated lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients, managing matters with autonomy, and being part of a supportive, cooperative team.
About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload across family and criminal law matters, including:
Family law disputes, parenting and property matters
Divorce and de facto relationship matters
Restraining orders
Criminal law matters
Client consultations, negotiations, advocacy, and court appearances
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in family and criminal law
Admission to practice in Western Australia with a current practising certificate
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent organisational and file management abilities
The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
A compassionate, practical, and client-focused approach
