About the role

As a Senior Sales Consultant / Assistant Manager, you will lead from the front, drive revenue, and help create a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional results. This is not a traditional retail role. You will work with ambitious professionals who thrive on targets, relationships, and closing high-value deals.

Key responsibilities
Consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets
Closing high-value furniture sales with confidence and professionalism
Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Following up on quotes and opportunities with persistence and urgency
Supporting daily showroom operations and maintaining premium presentation standards
Assisting with visual merchandising and stock organisation
Contributing ideas for marketing, social media, and local promotional campaigns
Delivering a customer experience that reflects our premium brand

About you
Proven success in sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales environment
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills




Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Ability to contribute positively to a high-performance team culture
Valid Australian work rights
Ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated
Confident using technology, social media, and up-to-date communication tools
