About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Principal Lawyer to lead and grow our personal injury practice from our Bundoora office. This is a unique prospect for a driven practitioner with a Principal Practising Certificate who is looking for the autonomy and support to build and expand a successful personal injury practice. About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
A current Victorian Principal Practising Certificate (essential)
Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, acting for plaintiff clients, defendant clients, or both
Robust knowledge of Victorian personal injury legislation, court procedures,



and dispute resolution processes
Exceptional client care skills, with the ability to build trust and support clients through challenging circumstances
Proven negotiation, mediation, and advocacy abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust business development and relationship-building capabilities
The ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high service standards
A proactive, commercial, and growth-focused mindset
