About the role

Site Foreman for a purpose-built plumbing company working across apartment complexes and small commercial projects. You will take the reins on one of our locked-in projects, while the owner looks after the rest of the business. This role offers ownership of a project and the prospect to manage and lead.

Key responsibilities
Run the site — manage up to 4 plumbers and apprentices, keeping quality and safety front and centre
Call the shots on materials, sequencing and problem-solving in real time
Coach your crew — share knowledge, give weekly feedback, build a team that wants to turn up
Work hand-in-hand with the builder to hit milestones
Get hands-on when it counts — this isn't a desk job

About you
Certificate III in Plumbing & Services
White Card
5+ years' experience




Solid hydraulic knowledge and a good handle on labour and works planning
Leadership people actually want to follow
Good values, hard work ethic, and a positive attitude that lifts everyone around you
Sharp communication and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing your cool
