Two established inner-city Melbourne print companies are each looking for a Digital All Rounder to join their team. These are hands-on roles across prepress/graphic design, digital printing and print finishing, and we're looking for people who can move confidently between all three.

Please note: graphic design is only a small part of these roles. To be considered, you'll need practical experience across all three areas — prepress, digital printing and finishing — not design alone.

What the roles involve
Prepress and file prep: Preflighting, proofing, fixing client Canva files and getting jobs print-ready
Working across Adobe Creative Suite and standard design software
Light graphic design and talking with clients about their options; stocks, finishes and design ideas
Operating digital printing equipment (cutsheet presses, and wide format depending on the role)
Running standard digital finishing gear: Laminating, stitching/booklet making, folding, guillotining, die-cutting, trimming, comb/wiro binding and more

What we're after
Hands-on experience across prepress, digital printing and print finishing
Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite; ability to fix and prepare Canva files




Someone independent and self-directed who's happy to work autonomously without lots of supervision
Experience in an on-demand / short-run print setting (preferred)
A reliable, detail-focused approach and a genuine all-rounder attitude

You must have full working rights to work in Australia as visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided for this role.
