Shadbolt Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to support operations on a key client site in Osborne. This is a great prospect to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, defence-aligned environment.

Key responsibilities:
Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
Grinding work
General labouring and site support
Handling tools, equipment, and materials safely
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Other responsibilities as required

About you:
Previous experience as a Trade Assistant or similar role preferred




Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Commitment to safety and quality standards

Requirements:
White Card (Construction Induction) - essential
Confined Space ticket - desired
Additional tickets (e.g. forklift, EWP, dogging/rigging) highly regarded
Must be able to pass a full medical and police check
Australian Citizenship (defence requirement)
Reliable transport and robust attendance record
