Are you a highly organised Logistics Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end coordination of freight, inventory and logistics activities for a growing Adelaide-based business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a cooperative team where you will play a key role in ensuring goods are delivered on time, inventory records remain accurate and stakeholders receive outstanding service and communication.

Your new role
Coordinate domestic and international freight movements
Track shipments and manage delivery schedules
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers
Prepare freight documentation and shipping paperwork
Coordinate inventory transfers, stock movements and receipting
Raise purchase orders and support procurement administration
Maintain logistics and inventory records
Prepare logistics and shipment status reports
Support project delivery teams with logistics requirements
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

What you'll need to succeed




Previous logistics, freight coordination or supply chain experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience with inventory management and transport coordination
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Experience using Xero will be highly regarded
