Times News Group is looking for a journalist to join its team in a full time role that covers the Geelong, Bellarine & Surf Coast regions.

Times News Group is seeking a journalist who loves community news, can cover a wide variety of topics with attention to detail and has a keen eye for photography.

Interest in and knowledge of the greater Geelong & Surf Coast region is significant, and candidates will need to live in the area or relocate here.

Successful applicants will have a driver's licence, a car, and be able to work weekends and public holidays.

The Times News Group publishes weekly community newspapers including the Surf Coast Times, Bellarine Times, Geelong Times, Armstrong Creek Times, Ballarat Times, Golden Plains Times, Bendigo Times, McIvor Times,



Moorabool News and other local newspapers in NSW & SA.

We also provide access to and support for the Melbourne Business School's Digital News Academy, Google News Initiative activities, and other continuing career development opportunities.

We're open to options for this job and will be considering graduates/ cadets, and journalists with experience.
