Our client a well-established organisation who requires a Workforce Planner to join their friendly and supportive team. Based in Essendon, it is essential you can hit the ground running in this varied and busy role. This is a temporary opportunity with the view to permanency for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Management and maintenance of rosters
Ensuring compliance of sites in relation to qualifications and site requirements
Management and allocation of ad hoc work as requested
Providing customer service to a high volume of field workers
Tracking,



measuring and reporting on key labour metrics and making recommendations to the Operations team
Management of associated systems and tools to ensure correct and efficient rostering of staff
Providing a first point-of-contact and support for relevant employee and customer enquires

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
Experience in high volume customer service, allocations or workforce planning.
You will be highly organised, have a high attention to detail and pride yourself on your accuracy.
A can do attitude, have a friendly and warm personality with a willingness to assist others as requested.
