About the role

Crittenden is preparing for a busy season and an increase in operational hours as we move from five days to seven days a week in November. These roles begin as casual weekend and seasonal shifts, with the prospect to grow into consistent weekly hours as operations expand. You'll be part of a tight FOH team delivering premium service across restaurant service, weddings and private events.

Key responsibilities
Delivering polished service during lunch and dinner
Supporting weddings and private events
Maintaining presentation standards across FOH and bar
Working closely with a professional team during a high-growth period
Contributing to a positive, guest-focused culture
Strong service flow, table control and guest communication
Managing sections during busy services




Confident cocktail, wine and beverage service
Greeting guests, managing arrivals and supporting reservations
Fast, organised support for the floor and kitchen pass

About you
Robust service knowledge and confidence across FOH tasks
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
Warm, qualified communication
Polivalence across bar, floor or events is highly valued
RSA required for bar-focused roles
