This is a sales-led leadership role, not a support function. You will take full accountability for sales performance across a national concession network, working closely with State Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Cluster Managers to drive a relentless focus on selling, productivity and execution in every store.

What You'll Own
Sales budgets, productivity targets and wage-to-sales performance across the network
Core retail KPIs: sales, transactions, ATV, IPS, add-on percentage and productivity
Rostering aligned to trading periods, promotions and customer traffic
A high-intensity trading cadence across daily, weekly and seasonal cycles

Where You'll Make an Impact
Be visibly present in stores, coaching and lifting performance in real time
Build sales capability across selling technique, product knowledge and basket building
Design and run incentives,



competitions and recognition programs that drive measurable results
Partner with Planning, Buying and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure commercial, sales-driving execution
Identify underperformance early and act decisively

About You
Proven track record leading sales performance across multi-site retail or concession settings
Genuine passion for the floor: coaching, selling and driving conversion in real time
Robust commercial acumen across budgets, productivity and wage management
A "back to basics" operator who values simplicity, speed and results over complexity
Comfortable with regular interstate travel and a high-visibility, high-accountability role
