FP&A; Analyst | Newcastle, NSW

Our client is one of the largest manufacturing companies globally, supplying and supporting equipment across mining, construction and industrial sectors. As the finance team grows, they're after an FP&A; Analyst to support with budgeting, forecasting and leading monthly business reviews.

The role:
Lead budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning
Provide commercial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders
Build and maintain financial models across scenarios in Excel and SAP/Oracle
Analyse performance to flag key drivers, risks and prospects
Present insights at forums including Integrated Business Reviews

About you:
CA or CPA qualified
5 to 8 years in financial planning, analysis or business partnering
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, ERP exposure highly regarded
Comfortable managing large, complex data sets to drive insights
Solid communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
