Reporting to the Dealership Administration Team, you will be responsible for managing all vehicle registration and delivery administration activities, ensuring compliance with NSW Roads and Maritime Services requirements and internal dealership policies.
Key responsibilities
Processing new and used vehicle registrations
Preparing and lodging registration documentation accurately and on time
Managing RMS/Service NSW transactions and compliance requirements
Coordinating registration and vehicle delivery paperwork with sales consultants and management
Maintaining accurate vehicle stock and registration records
Processing trade plate requirements and related documentation
Reconciling registration payments and government charges
Ensuring all deal packs are complete and compliant prior to delivery
Liaising with customers, finance providers, and external agencies as required
Supporting the dealership administration team with general administrative tasks
About you
Previous experience as a Registration Clerk within a motor dealership
Solid knowledge of NSW vehicle registration procedures and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume dealership environment
Solid organisational and time management skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Experience with dealership management systems (Pentana, Auto-IT, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) will be highly regarded
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
