Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Broker to join their growing team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys helping clients navigate lending solutions while building a strong referral network in a supportive, high-performing environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Meeting with clients to understand their financial situation and borrowing needs
Structuring and recommending suitable home loan and lending solutions
Preparing and submitting loan applications while managing the process through to settlement
Building and maintaining strong referral relationships with clients and partners
Keeping clients informed throughout the application process and providing clear guidance
Maintaining accurate records and managing your pipeline to ensure timely outcomes
Contributing to a collaborative and professional team culture

What you’ll need:
Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker, Lending Manager, or similar role




Robust understanding of residential lending products and credit assessment processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
Self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia
