THE COMPANY
Our client is a highly regarded Professional Conference Organiser with an impressive portfolio of accounts and a strong reputation for delivering exceptional conference and event travel solutions.
As a specialist in the MICE sector they manage a range of international and domestic programs.
They now have the prospect for an experienced and passionate Travel Consultant to join their high-performing team.

THE ROLE

As part of this small and professional team, you will play a key role in managing group travel arrangements and delivering outstanding service to delegates and stakeholders.

Your day may involve:
Managing group travel bookings and coordinating all itinerary components, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and ancillary services.
Assisting with pre- and post-conference leisure travel arrangements, including extended touring options.
Building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to support successful event outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Previous experience as a Leisure Travel Consultant (essential)
Experience managing group travel bookings (highly desirable)
Solid GDS proficiency
Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skill
