We handle the admin, bookings, and client coordination — so you can focus on what you do best: solving problems, helping people, and making technology simple.

What You’ll Be Doing
Travel to homes and small businesses across Melbourne Metro and surrounding suburbs
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of tech issues, including:
Internet, email, printer, Wi-Fi, and router problems
PC and Mac troubleshooting
Mobile devices, smart TVs, and streaming services
Install and configure:
Network equipment and Wi-Fi solutions
Antivirus, backup, and security systems
Perform virus and malware removal, system clean-ups, and performance optimisation
Provide clear, friendly advice and easy-to-understand tech support
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain accurate job records
Communicate professionally, including courtesy calls when arriving or delayed

What We’re Looking For




Proven experience in IT support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting, software support, and home/small business networking
Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical solutions in straightforward terms
Reliable vehicle, own tools, and a laptop or tablet
Smartphone (iPhone 8 or newer preferred)
Full Australian working rights
Police check (or willingness to obtain one)
Public Liability Insurance (preferred for contractors)
