You will be completing Healthy Homes installation and remedial work across Auckland and Waikato/Hamilton regions, supporting our growing workload.
Key responsibilities
Ceiling and underfloor insulation installation and top-ups
Ground moisture barrier installation
Draught stopping
Ventilation and extractor fan installation support
Minor remedial and property maintenance work
Taking transparent before-and-after photos and completing job documentation
Working with our scheduling and operations team to complete jobs efficiently and on time
About you
Previous experience in Healthy Homes, insulation, building, property maintenance or a similar hands-on trade role would be ideal
Available to start immediately or at short notice
Reliable and able to work independently
Physically fit and comfortable working in ceiling and underfloor spaces
Confident using hand and power tools
Focused on quality workmanship
Comfortable using a mobile phone/app for job information and photos
Professional when dealing with tenants, landlords and property managers
Safety conscious and able to follow company procedures
Full Recent Zealand driver's licence
Ability to travel within your allocated region
Healthy Homes or insulation experience is highly regarded
Relevant building, maintenance or trade experience is also welcomed
Appropriate licences/qualifications must be held for any restricted electrical work
