Full-Time position, M-T 8.00am – 5.00pm / Fridays 8.00am – 3.00pm

The Company Premier Pet is a growing importer and national distributor of live fish, aquarium and pet care products and is looking to expand its customer service team.

Position duties

This is a Monday to Friday, full-time, office-based, position reporting to the Sales Manager. Its major responsibility is building sales and seeking current customers through making Outbound Telesales calls.

Other tasks include
Processing sales orders received by phone, web or email
Providing customer service to customers (Pet and Aquarium shops)
Handling customer credits/complaints
Offering weekly promotions
Various administration tasks

Successful applicant must have: The ideal candidate will possess several years successful experience in customer service, telesales or call centre. Pet and/or Aquarium experience would be highly regarded The key factor is energy and an unrelenting focus on achieving targeted results!

Fluent written & verbal English communication skills
Excellent organisation capability - prioritising time to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new procedures
A positive, adaptable team player attitude
The ability to absorb current information and react quickly and accordingly
Excellent computer skills
Data entry experience
