The Role

You will be the first voice new and existing customers hear when they call Pest2Kill. You'll convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings, manage a high-volume phone line with confidence, and spot upsell prospects. You will work closely with the office supervisor and the wider customer service team.

What You'll Own

• The residential client portfolio of recent and existing customers
Converting inbound enquiries into confirmed, revenue-generating bookings




Achieving weekly conversion and booking targets
Upselling and cross-selling
Booking and CRM system accuracy along with general office administrations support
Coordination with the field team for smooth, on-time service delivery
Retaining and rebooking existing residential customers

About You

• Confident communicator with strong verbal skills (excellent spoken English essential)
Natural rapport-builder - able to influence purchasing decisions over the phone
Commercial mindset - driven to convert enquiries and hit targets
Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
Reliable, proactive, and highly organised under pressure
Customer service or phone-based sales experience essential
