FP&A; Manager

Sydney | Full time - Permanent | $180,000-$200,000 + Super & Bonus

The Opportunity

Join a leading Australian financial services business in a senior commercial finance role with a robust focus on revenue performance and commercial decision making.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to analyse performance, identify revenue opportunities and provide insight that drives business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead revenue analysis, reporting and forecasting
Identify revenue trends, drivers, risks and prospects
Partner with senior stakeholders on commercial performance
Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions
Support budgeting and forecasting
Present clear commercial insights to senior leadership
Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports

About You
Strong commercial finance or finance business partnering experience
Insurance experience preferred,



with banking or broader financial services also considered
Essential ASX listed company experience
Strong track record across revenue, performance and profitability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Previous team leadership experience
CA, CPA or relevant accounting qualification highly regarded
