We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team on Sat shift 6.45am to 2pm in Maroubra. If you are passionate about specialty coffee, love multitasking in a friendly atmosphere, and thrive in a busy team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages consistently.
Dialling in grinders, maintaining milk texture, and upholding espresso standards.
Assisting with front-of-house duties: taking orders, running food, and clearing tables.
Operating the POS system and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee bar and customer seating areas.
Assisting with general food prep and restocking supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista in a busy cafe environment that can solo 3-5kg
Solid milk-steaming and latte art skills.
Outstanding multitasking abilities with a cool head under pressure.
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused personality.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
