Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team in Bahrs Scrub, Queensland. This part-time, permanent role is essential in supporting our social care operations, ensuring effective administrative processes that contribute to the well-being of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess robust organisational skills and a passion for making a difference in the community.

What you'll be doing
Answering phones and emails, and responding to general client and staff enquiries
Entering and maintaining accurate client and staff records in VisualCare
Assisting with client intake documentation and onboarding of new participants
Supporting the rostering team with shift confirmations, timesheets and staff records
Filing, scanning and maintaining organised physical and digital records




Providing general administrative support to the Administration Team Leader and wider team

What we're looking for
Prior experience in an administration, reception or customer service role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable learning recent systems and software
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience in the NDIS or community services sector is well regarded but not essential
