They're partway through a multi year transformation program focused on strengthening financial performance and decision making, and this role sits right at the centre of it.

As Senior Finance Analyst, you'll provide the reporting, analysis and decision support that helps business unit leaders and senior stakeholders understand what's really driving performance. You'll build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, dig into revenue, margin, cost and labour drivers, and turn that analysis into transparent variance commentary that gets used, not just filed away. You'll also play a key role in budgeting and reforecasting cycles, validating inputs and flagging issues before they become problems.
