We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Narre Warren East. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centred care to an elderly individual living with disabilities, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and remain independent.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing).
Support client with household tasks, meal preparation, and community participation.
Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and incident reports.
Follow care plans and ensure all services align with Support At Home and company standards.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience supporting people living with disabilities.
Certificate III in Individual Support
Current First Aid & CPR certification.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Good communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Job Type: Casual Pay: $38.56 – $45.88 per hour
