ALH Recruitment are looking for a hands-on Grounds & Maintenance person to join our team on a full time, permanent basis, based on site in Wellington Point.

Pay rate: $30–35/hr (Depending on experience)

What you'll be doing:
Operating ride-on mowers and brush cutters
General lawn and garden maintenance across the site
Basic upkeep and light maintenance tasks as needed
Keeping grounds presentable and protected

You'll be responsible for lawn care, mowing, brush cutting and general grounds upkeep.

What we're looking for:
A reliable, self-sufficient work style
Immediate availability
Must be able to pass a National Police Check
Current Blue Card highly regarded, or willingness to obtain one
Experience in a maintenance or trades-adjacent role (preferred over pure landscaping/labouring background)
Confidence operating ride-on mowers and brush cutters

Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (7:30am start Wednesdays for mowing day).
