Accounts Payable Officer

$36 + per hour plus Super About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support our finance team on a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, reliable, and confident working independently, particularly during audit preparation and end-of-financial-year processes. Key Responsibilities
Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
Preparing and processing payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving outstanding items
Supporting audit requirements (documentation, reconciliations, queries)




Assisting with end-of-year financial processes and reporting preparation
Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers About You
Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
Exposure to audit processes and end-of-year close activities
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach What We Offer
