About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established building automation specialist to recruit an experienced BMS Service Technician for their Sydney operations. This is a field-based role focused on servicing, troubleshooting and optimising Building Management Systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites throughout greater Sydney.

The Role
Carry out scheduled service, maintenance and reactive breakdown calls
Diagnose and resolve faults on BMS and HVAC control systems
Work with Tridium Niagara platforms (experience highly regarded)
Support minor upgrades, programming tweaks and system optimisation
Deliver excellent customer service and clear technical reporting
Travel across Sydney metro sites

What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a BMS or HVAC controls Service Technician
Hands-on knowledge of Tridium Niagara advantageous




Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus or similar protocols
Trade background (electrical / refrigeration / mechanical) preferred
Valid driver's licence and ability to work independently
Robust problem-solving skills and skilled client manner
