BIM Manager / Project Lead High-End Multi-Residential

Our Client is looking for a BIM Manager / Project Lead who can combine technical leadership with hands-on project delivery, providing a genuine pathway into senior studio leadership.

The Role

This is a dual-purpose position where you'll be responsible for both:
BIM Leadership
Managing and evolving the practice's BIM standards, workflows and protocols
Providing Revit and BIM support across project teams
Driving model quality, project efficiency and digital innovation
Training and mentoring staff across all levels
Working closely with Directors to improve project delivery systems

Project Leadership
Leading the delivery of complex high-end multi-residential projects
Managing documentation teams and consultant coordination
Overseeing project programmes,



quality assurance and delivery outcomes
Working directly with clients, stakeholders and internal design teams
Bridging the gap between design excellence and technical delivery

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who bring:
8+ years' architectural experience
Advanced Revit and BIM management capabilities
Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
Robust documentation and technical detailing skills
Consultant and stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience across multi-residential, mixed-use or large-scale commercial projects highly regarded
