We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong common sense, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
System configuration – working with web snippets and feature setup
Coordinating rollouts of functionality and processes across teams
Collaborating with Tech, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues
UAT & PVT Testing – ensuring quality control and smooth functionality
Data analysis and reporting to drive smarter decisions
Gathering requirements, writing user stories, and creating documentation




Reporting to internal teams and external partners for alignment

Requirements:
1+ year of industry experience (minimum) - essential
Must have PR minimum (Permanent Residency)
Excellent communication skills
Strong logical thinking and curiosity about technology
Proactive and analytical mindset
Bonus if you have experience in Payments, Financial Services, SaaS or Product
