Role Overview

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating a front-end loader to support the daily production and loading requirements of our concrete operations. You will play a key role in ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment care.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently
Load and move raw materials to support plant operations
Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment
Monitor and maintain safe stockpile management
Report equipment faults or maintenance requirements
Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental and company procedures





What We're Looking For
Previous experience operating front-end loaders
Relevant loader ticket/licence
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, motivated and proactive attitude
High attention to detail and pride in your work
