About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated HVAC Insulator to join our team. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime available. You will be responsible for insulating HVAC ductwork and related components while working alongside a skilled and supportive production team in our modern workshop.

Key responsibilities
Insulating HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal products
Operating CNC machines
Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials
Maintaining high-quality workmanship standards
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures
Assisting with general workshop duties as required

About you
Previous HVAC insulation experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a great workplace culture
