Key Responsibilities:
Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service aligned with business demand and brand standards
Implement and maintain high service standards, driving quality and a consistent guest experience
Collaborate closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver seamless service




Identify revenue opportunities, manage costs effectively, and optimise workplace efficiency through roster management and inventory control
Lead and develop your team through training, performance feedback and mentorship, fostering a culture growth
Recruit team members who align with our vision for creating excellent guest experiences
Review guest feedback regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement actions
Effectively operate systems, including HumanForce, Micros and Purchase Plus
Ensure our hotel's WHS and sustainability commitments are met
