Bankstown Sports Club is currently looking to recruit experienced and qualified Chef de Partie to join their team in Bankstown, NSW. Successful candidates will need to:

/n

/n
Mise-en-place praparation and freshness

/n
Ensuring all stocks are kept under optimum conditions

/n
Cooking and service of food according to the restaurant's quality and service standards

/n
Training of kitchen staff as directed by the Chef-in-charge

/n
Safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas

/n
Ensuring high levels of kitchen team performance

/n
Contributing to creating a harmonious setting amongst all staff within the restaurant

/n




To deputise in the Sous Chef's absence and take charge of the kitchen when directed to do so

/n/n

Relevant Skills & Qualifications:

/n

/n
Minimum Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

/n
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

/n
Robust knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices

/n
OH&S; awareness

/n/n

Salary range is $75,000 - $ 90,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available. Application opens on 12th of August 2026 and closes on 12th of September 2026.
