Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Educator and Educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a solid background in early childhood.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum
Provision of quality care
Collaborate with other educators to identify best outcomes for the centre that align with organizational goals
Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and research to continuously improve programs
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and daily experiences and care needs
Manage educational resources and materials

Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood
Minimum of 3 years experience
Experience in curriculum development and program management
Robust leadership and communication skills




Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
