The role
We are looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person‐centered approach to care, to join our facilities.
You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high‐level empathy and compassion for our residents.
What you will do




Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
Provision of secure, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Positive resident experience through resident‐first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
Registration with the AHPRA as a registered/enrolled nurse is essential
Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Hold and maintain NDIS Worker Checks as per NDIS Act (or willing to obtain)
2 doses of Covid vaccine
Be passionate about delivering a person‐centred approach to care

Hours: Full‐time – 76 hours per fortnight
Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000 + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowances
