Job Description

As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation, leading from the floor and setting the standard for service. This role requires a visible, hands-on leader who understands premium dining and knows how to create a guest experience that feels professional, warm and effortless.

You will work closely with the senior leadership and kitchen teams to maintain high standards across service, people and commercial performance.
Lead, coach and develop a qualified front-of-house team
Drive consistently high standards of guest service and engagement
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, premium produce and beverage offering
Oversee service execution, rostering, labour management and daily operations
Build a positive, accountable culture focused on hospitality and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile





You will be an experienced restaurant leader who is genuinely passionate about guests, service and quality. You are comfortable working in a busy premium workplace and bring the confidence to lead a team while remaining highly visible on the restaurant floor.
Proven restaurant management experience within premium or quality-led hospitality
Strong service instincts and a genuine guest-first approach
Excellent communication, leadership and team development skills
Sound operational and commercial understanding
A polished, professional approach with strong attention to detail
