The Organisation
They are a government funded health provider who seek to improve health outcomes for people living in their region through supporting local health specialists. They also invest in a range of initiatives that will impact vulnerable communities. They are a group of health professionals supported with a committed corporate services team to ensure these services are provided.

The Role
Working closely with their internal Legal lead, this role will take ownership of key responsibilities critical to the running of their Board function.
Coordinating and scheduling all key meetings including Board and Sub-Committees, including clinical governance, audit and risk, finance. Compiling, formatting and distributing comprehensive Board Packs and agendas via portal, taking key minutes at all meetings and providing further actions post meetings.
Maintaining corporate governance calendar and registers,



ensuring compliance timelines and reporting deadlines are met. Manging key correspondence and acting as a liaison for Board members. Salary circa $115k plus.

The Fit
The ideal person is highly experienced at this level and will ideally have come from the public health or education sectors. You are comfortable working with ELT and Legal and have the maturity to work autonomously, make decisions and ensure key deadlines are met with quality of outputs front of mind. You enjoy working with like-minded people and possess the confidence to problem solve and can communicate effectively in all forums. Technically robust and with excellent command of written communications, this role suits fits well with your specialist skills.
