Role and Responsibilities:
Support a team delivering high-quality horticultural maintenance across commercial sites.
Coordinate daily workloads, team members and site priorities to meet client expectations.
Complete mowing, pruning, hedging, planting and general garden maintenance.




Operate and maintain horticultural machinery, tools and specialised equipment.
Manage irrigation systems, identify faults and complete minor repairs where required.
Complete pre-starts, Take 5s, SWMS and site reporting in line with company requirements.
Build solid client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally on site.
Maintain high site standards while ensuring team safety, productivity and WHS compliance.

What will you need?
A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
National Police Check
Working with Children Check
