We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix BHOM AIOps Consultant to join a global Application Managed Services (AMS) team supporting enterprise customers across complex IT settings. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term engagement delivering observability, monitoring, automation, and AIOps solutions for leading organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) AIOps environments.
Administer, configure, and optimize BHOM AIOps platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
Manage Event Correlation, Service Health Monitoring, Situation Management, Impact Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
Configure AI/ML-driven capabilities including anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and event noise reduction.
Develop service models, dashboards, monitoring policies, and topology mappings.
Troubleshoot platform, integration, and performance issues.
Support upgrades, patching, migrations, and platform enhancements.
Integrate BHOM with BMC Helix ITSM, Discovery, cloud platforms, and third-party monitoring tools.
Drive observability, automation,



and AIOps adoption across customer environments.

Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in IT Operations, Managed Services, Enterprise Monitoring, or Consulting.
Solid hands-on experience with BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) AIOps.
Experience with Event Management, Service Health Monitoring, RCA, Anomaly Detection, and Business Service Monitoring.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Linux/Unix, Windows, and cloud technologies.
Experience integrating tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor.
Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
BMC Helix Certifications (BCA/BCP).
ITIL Certification.
Exposure to HelixGPT, Intelligent Automation, and Agentic AI capabilities.
