We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Construction Estimator/Supervisor to join our client who are a growing team delivering high-quality residential insurance repair projects in Mildura.

About the Role
/n
This is a dual-focused role responsible for:
/n
/n
Preparing detailed scopes of works and cost estimates for insurance claims
/n
Reviewing building reports and assessor documentation
/n
Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, trades and clients
/n
Managing projects from approval through to completion
/n
Coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed on time and to standard
/n
Monitoring budgets, variations and compliance requirements
/n
Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks
/n/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
Proven experience in insurance building repairs (Key Essential)
/n
Background in residential construction estimating and/or site supervision
/n
Strong understanding of insurance scopes, variations and compliance
/n
Ability to interpret building plans, reports and damage assessments
/n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
/n
Proficient with estimating software such Prime and Microsoft Office
/n
Valid driver's license
/n/n
