Job Description
ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street is seeking a reliable Part-time Cook to join our energetic kitchen team.
Prepare and maintain all required mise en place to ensure productive kitchen operations and service delivery.
Maintain a clean, secure, and hygienic work workplace while consistently meeting high standards of food quality and presentation.
Follow stock rotation procedures and minimise food wastage through effective inventory management practices.
Ensure designated kitchen areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Clean, maintain, and monitor kitchen equipment, promptly reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the Executive Chef.
Receive and check deliveries, unpack produce, and store stock appropriately in accordance with food safety requirements.
Perform general kitchen cleaning and housekeeping duties to support a safe and organised workplace.
