An exciting Accounts Receivable Manager opportunity within a National Organisation
Your new company
Hays is partnering with a well-established Australian organisation operating within the industrial products and supply sector. With a strong presence, they provide a broad range of products and solutions to customers across mining, manufacturing, infrastructure and commercial industries. They are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their finance team to oversee and lead a growing team of 6.
Your new role
Lead and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable and Credit professionals
Manage a large and active customer ledger of > 2,000 accounts.
Drive effective cash collection strategies and minimise overdue debt.
Monitor receivables performance, reporting and compliance.
Support process improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the AR function.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience leading an Accounts Receivable or Credit team.
Strong understanding of collections, debtor management and cash flow optimisation.
Ability to prioritise and remain organised in a high-volume setting.
Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style.
