As the Director of People Operations in the hospitality and catering industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving organisational effectiveness. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement people strategies that align with the overall business goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in human resources.

Qualifications:
