This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who understands a wide range of general insurance products and can confidently manage clients across the full broking process.

Experienced General Insurance Broker

BRM Insurance | Western Sydney | Full-Time

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year + commission + bonus

BRM Insurance is looking for an experienced General Insurance Broker to join our rapidly growing business.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who understands a wide range of general insurance products and can confidently manage clients across the full broking process.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing renewals and remarketing policies
Quoting and placing new business
Providing general advice across a broad range of insurance products
Liaising and negotiating with insurers and underwriting agencies
Managing outstanding payments and debtors
Assisting clients with claims
Preparing policy documentation and endorsements
Building solid, long-term client relationships
Supporting the wider team when required

About You

To be successful,



you will ideally have:
Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance qualifications
Previous general insurance broking experience
Strong knowledge across a broad range of insurance products
Experience managing renewals, new business, claims and debtors
Strong communication and client-service skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
The ability to work independently while remaining part of a close team
A positive attitude and a desire to grow with the business
