Be the face of the hotel, the key point of contact for guests arriving and departing the hotel, and liaise with guests to ensure an exceptional level of luxury service is delivered. Create the Magnifique Moments that last!

As a Concierge team member, your passion for the property, and your respect for our guests’ belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive.

What you will be doing:
Engage with our guests on arrival, departure and during their stay through reception and concierge duties
Receive guest vehicles and luggage and ensure care is taken to move them to their next destination
Provide recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surrounds to our guests
Interact with different departments on a daily basis to ensure that our guests have a seamless experience
Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to proactively upsell hotel products and services.
