What would I be doing?

An exciting chance has risen for an experienced Area Manager responsible for maintaining a high-quality service to our clients through leading, coaching and mentoring a diverse and successful disability employment team, including:
Develop and implement sustainable strategic plans.
Oversee the delivery of client-focused employment programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and networks.

What you’ll need
Experience in recruiting, job matching, and working with people with disabilities.
Experience in staff performance management, including setting and monitoring KPIs, coaching team members, conducting performance reviews,



and driving accountability to achieve individual and team outcomes.
Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
Great listening and respectful communication skills.
