We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead an established industrial products and field-services business in Darwin.

Reporting directly to the owner, this is a hands-on senior leadership role with full responsibility for the performance of the business, including sales, operations, people, safety, customer service and financial results. The business services customers across mining, construction, civil infrastructure, transport, defence, power generation and heavy industry throughout the Northern Territory.

We are looking for someone with solid commercial and P&L; capability, senior operational leadership experience, and a proven ability to lead teams, grow revenue and improve business performance.
