We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef who:

Has solid experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation

Is confident in handling and preparing whole fish

Has strong knife skills and excellent food presentation

Maintains high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness

Is reliable, responsible and able to work well in a professional kitchen team

️ Front of House Staff - Multiple Positions

Have restaurant or hospitality experience

Provide friendly and skilled customer service

Are well-presented, reliable and responsible

Can work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting
