X-ray, MRI, DEXA & CT
Greet patients and manage appointments, registrations, and general enquiries
Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approach
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting
Customer service experience – prior medical reception experience is an advantage but not essential
