Job Description
We are seeking aFull-Time Casual Timber Yard Labourer to join a well-established, family-owned timber business located at Gowrie Junction.

Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm | $36.81 per hour
/n This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and is looking for a secure, long-term opportunity.
/n About the Role Your duties will include:
/n

Greeting and assisting customers.
/n
Loading cut timber onto conveyor systems.
/n
Assisting with timber processing and general yard duties.
/n
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
/n/n

Bagging kindling/timber.
/n
Greeting and assisting customers.

Loading cut timber onto conveyor systems.

Assisting with timber processing and general yard duties.

Maintaining a clean and safe work setting.

This role involves repetitive manual work, including loading timber onto a conveyor that feeds a bark-stripping machine. You will be working outdoors, exposed to dust, timber debris and the elements, so a strong work ethic and willingness to get involved are essential.
/n
We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, punctual and physically fit.

Enjoys practical, hands-on work.
/n
Can work independently and stay motivated.
/n
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
/n
Holds a current open manual driver's license (essential).

Has reliable transport to and from work
